Basic support

2. Developing personal and social living skills.

3. Developing coping and behaviour strategies.

4. Help in finding more independent accommodation.

5. Help in maintaining home security.

6. Monitoring of health and well-being.

7. Supervision of medication.

8. Helping in maintaining tenancy.

9. Help in gaining access to other services.

10. Help in establishing social contacts and activities.

11. Support to access local communities.

12. Advice, advocacy and liaison.

13. Helping in managing finances and benefits claims.

14. Liaison with mental health services and other relevant services.

15. Risk assessments.

16. Support with preparing menus and meals.

17. Support with laundry.

18. Support with daily chores.

19. Advice and support with benefits.

20. Support with engaging with providers of appropriate services.

21. Support with accessing educational, occupational, social and leisure activities.

22. Monitoring and support with self-medication.


Additional support

Any additional support (for example; help with completing employment application forms, attending job interviews, attending hospital appointments, or any other 1:1 support) will need to be agreed and funded by the funding authority in advance.


Description of individual rooms

We provide the following items in  bedrooms;

1. A domestic single bed.

2. Bed linen (if needed will be provided at extra cost).

3. Curtains or blinds.

4. Overhead or bedside lighting where appropriate.

5. Drawers and enclosed hanging space for clothes.

6. Accessible electric sockets.

7. Carpet / other flooring.

8. Lockable storage space.

9. Keys to the room.
